Terms and Conditions

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our pictures that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your own system, we cannot guarantee that you will receive product with precisely the same colour as your monitor showed. All products have been fairly described and the dimensions given are approximate only. 

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time should it not meet our high quality standards. 

All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT when shown in the ‘Checkout’. We make every effort to maintain prices, although it may be necessary to change prices either up or down. 

Returns Policy: 

Any picture received that has been damaged or is faulty, that is reported to Brookpace Ltd with 14 days of receipt, will be credited in full, and you will be entitled to a full refund. If the picture received is not to your complete satisfaction, but has not been subject to any damage, and is reported to Brookpace Ltd within 14 of receipt, will be credited in full, excluding any delivery charges. 

To Return an Item: 

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to Brookpace Ltd. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box. 

Cancelling an Item: 

Under the 's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. 

To cancel this contract, please notify Brookpace Ltd in writing, giving the reason for the cancellation. Please package the relevant item securely and return it to us at  Unit 10, 1000 North Circular Road, Staples Corner, London NW2 7JP.

We will endeavor to deliver your order within 21 days. However Holiday periods such as Christmas may affect this.

A delivery charge may be made for all orders. The charge will be quoted to you at the time you place an order. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, we will dispatch part of your order to you - with the remainder following later. The delivery charge will be levied when the first part of the order is sent to you.  

In all respects, English law governs all contracts formed between Brookpace Ltd and customers as a result of using this site. All users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.  

Until a customer's credit or debit card has been charged for the sale of our products or services, no contract will exist or apply between a customer and Brookpace Ltd. The charging of the customer's card will be deemed our acceptance of their offer and the effective communication of our acceptance to them. This is to be interpreted and enforced with the laws of in its entirety and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.  

All orders taken on this site are taken at Unit 10, 1000 North Circular Road, Staples Corner, London NW2 7JP. Your contract for supply is with Brookpace Ltd at the location above.
